We will require a deposit of 30% of the value of the booking to secure the accommodation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We will ask you to complete a simple booking form online with your party members and notifying us of any special requests.

The booking form is a MSWord document in RTF format (French version also available). You will need to save the document to your hard drive and then return a copy to us as an email attachment.

Payment may be made online, by credit card, using a secure payment facility hosted by our bank, Credit Mutuel. You will first be asked for your booking details (name, email and booking reference) and then transferred to the secure site to enter your credit card details.

apartment and arrival information:

Complimentary linen and hand towels are provided but bath towels are not. We will ask for a damage deposit of EUR100 on your arrival, which will be returned on your day of departure as long as we have checked the apartment for damage and cleanliness. We do expect you to leave the apartment as you found it and if any extra cleaning is required, this will be deducted from your deposit at EUR15 an hour. Please arrange to see us prior to your departure as if you do not arrange to see us, your deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer, minus the transfer charges which can be up to EUR35.

A representative will always be available to see you into the apartment and show you the ropes. We ask your estimated time of arrival into resort and then ask you to call our resort representative on 00 33 (0) 6 32 05 91 21 as you pass Geneva to give us a precise time. As long as this is between 0800 and 2000, we will personally hand over the keys. Outside of these times, we will attach a note to the front door of your apartment so you know which is yours, your key will left on the inside of the front door and the lights will be on.

Your apartment will be ready by 1600 and we ask you to vacate by 1000. Always let us know if you wish to arrive prior to 1600 as we will try to make your apartment a priority. We really prefer to see you before you depart to be sure to have the keys back. If you wish to depart out of hours, please arrange to see us prior to your departure.

how to find the chalet:

The Chamonix valley is at the end of the A40 ‘autoroute Blanche’ so offers unparalleled ease of access by car.

To find the chalet once you are on the 'route Blanche', which the road is called as you climb into the Chamonix valley, pass signs to Servoz, then Les Houches and then you’ll see the Hotel Mercure on your right. Take the next slip-road off towards ‘Les Bossons’ and ‘Glacier des Bossons’.

At the bottom of the slip road, continue straight on at the crossroads, following parallel to the route Blanche. At the next junction at the end of this road, at the ‘STOP’ sign, turn right and start driving up the hill. Keep going up, past the Cremerie du Glacier on your left and cross the bridge over the Torrent des Bossons.

After two hairpin bends you will see a chalet on the right and just below you. You have arrived! The chalet is by the signpost for the village of ‘ Le Mont ’ and its own signpost indicates 'Chalet Beaumont '.

If you have any problems, please call us. Cars should be parked in the off road car park, after unloading, 200m down from the chalet.
