We will require a deposit of 30% of the value of the booking to secure the accommodation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We will ask you to complete a simple booking form online with your party members and any special requests.

The booking form is a MSWord document in RTF format and will take a minute or so to download. You will need to save the document to your hard disc and then return a copy to us as an email attachment.

Payment may be made online, by credit card, using a secure payment facility hosted by our bank Credit Agricole . You will first be asked for your booking details and then transferred to the secure site to enter your credit card details.

Complimentary linen and hand towels are provided but bath towels are not. We will ask for a damage deposit of 100 euro on your arrival, which will be returned on your day of departure as long as we have checked the apartment for damage and cleanliness. We do expect you to leave the apartment as you found it and if any extra cleaning is required, this will be deducted from your deposit at 15 Euro an hour.

A representative will always be available to see you into the apartment and show you the ropes. We ask your estimated time of arrival into resort and then ask you to call our resort representative on 00 33 (0) 6 62 04 96 28 as you pass Geneva to give us a precise time. As long as this is between 0800 and 2000, we will personally hand over the keys. Outside of these times, we will attach a note to the front door of your apartment so you know which is yours, your key will left on the inside of the front door and the lights will be on.

Your apartment will be ready by 1600 and we ask you to vacate by 1000. Always let us know if you wish to arrive prior to 1600 as we will try to make your apartment a priority. We really prefer to see you before you depart to be sure to have the keys back. If you wish to depart out of hours, please arrange to see us prior to your departure.

From the UK - follow the Paris/Reims A26 signs once you drive off the ferry or shuttle at Calais.  Then follow signs to Reims, Troyes, Dijon, Geneva, Chamonix.  To find the chalet once you have left auto route Blanche, pass signs to Les Houches - on the right, Hotel Mercure - on the right, then take the next slip-road off towards the Hotel Mercure and also towards `Glacier de Bossons`. Turn right to pass the chairlift (telesiege) to your right. Bear left just after the chairlift signposted to `Le Mont`. Turn right at the end, again signposted towards `Le Mont` and start uphill.  Keep going up (after 2 hairpin bends) until you cross the piste and the chalet will be just below you.  The chalet is at the signpost for the village of `Le Mont`.
Any problems, please call us. Cars should be parked in the off road car park, after unloading, 200 metres down from the chalet.
