apartment and arrival information:
Complimentary
linen and hand towels are provided but bath towels are not. We
will ask for a damage deposit of EUR100 on your arrival, which
will be returned on your day of departure as long as we have
checked the apartment for damage and cleanliness. We do expect
you to leave the apartment as you found it and if any extra
cleaning is required, this will be deducted from your deposit at
EUR15 an hour. Please arrange to see us prior to your
departure as if you do not arrange to see us, your deposit will
be returned to you by bank transfer, minus the transfer charges
which can be up to EUR35.
A
representative will always be available to see you into the
apartment and show you the ropes. We ask your estimated time of
arrival into resort and then ask you to call our resort representative
on 00 33 (0) 6 62 04 96 28 as you pass Geneva to give us a precise time.
As long as this is between 0800 and 2000, we will personally
hand over the keys. Outside of these times, we will attach a
note to the front door of your apartment so you know which is
yours, your key will left on the inside of the front door and
the lights will be on.
Your apartment
will be ready by 1600 and we ask you to vacate by 1000. Always
let us know if you wish to arrive prior to 1600 as we will try
to make your apartment a priority. We really prefer to see you
before you depart to be sure to have the keys back. If you wish
to depart out of hours, please arrange to see us prior to your
departure. |
