We recommend you hire all your ski and boarding equipment from the
Battendier sports shop in Les Houches. Since we recommend that your first days skiing is in Les Houches, to get your skilegs back, this shop is perfectly positioned opposite the Prarion gondola, right through the centre of Les Houches, past the Bellevue cable car and keep going.
It has parking right outside and will store your soft boots for you whilst you ski on the first day. It is open all through lunchtime, unlike in Chamonix, is generally less crowded, and has a fine selection of equipment. Please
