"Chalet B was great! It's always a bit daunting going somewhere new and with only one holiday a year it's not something we want to take too big a risk with.  As I'd been so busy at work before the holiday I didn't re-visit the Chalet B website before we went so I couldn't remember what it looked like or anything!  But it was in a great location, easy to find.
Whilst we try our best to blend in with the locals and speak (poor) french wherever we can it is reassuring to have English speaking staff (Mike) to check in with and offer help and advice.  The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived with beds made etc and Mike was very helpful on arrival and departure.
We'd certainly try you first if/when we go back to Chamonix and would certainly recommend you to others.  Thanks for a lovely holiday!"
